Battery Guarantee
We guarantee your new battery against manufacturing faults for a period of one year after purchase. Should your battery fail please contact us by email at info@powadrive.co.uk
We will send you a warranty claim form which should be returned along with your battery and proof of purchase, at your cost, to the address below. Should your battery prove to have a manufacturing fault you will be sent a replacement and your carriage costs will be reimbursed upon delivery of a receipt. We will not replace batteries that have failed due to misuse and we would recommend you read our guide to battery care. Should the battery tests show that your battery is operating within normal parameters there will be a charge of £20 to cover its return to you and the battery tests. Any batteries not claimed within 14 days of the test results being communicated to you will be sent for recycling.

Looking after your battery
Always use the appropriate charger for your battery. Replace battery chargers approximately every two years. Car battery chargers or leisure battery chargers are not suitable and will damage your battery.
Always store your battery in a charged state and avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.
Always charge your battery after use.
Make sure that your trolley or vehicle is in good condition and not putting udue load on your battery.
Ensure your connections are always clean.
